The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival featured plenty of hot outfits worn by models, actresses and celebrities and other festival goers who paraded around in their best looks last weekend in Indio, California.
As far as the music is concerned, Beyonce ruled the roost with a buzzed-about headlining set, which culminated in a Destiny's Child reunion.
"There's not likely to be a more meaningful, absorbing, forceful and radical performance by an American musician this year, or any year soon, than Beyoncé's headlining set at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival Saturday night," raved the New York Times.
"It was rich with history, potently political and visually grand. By turns uproarious, rowdy, and lush. A gobsmacking marvel of choreography and musical direction."
She was the first black woman to headline the festival, once a venue for indie artists that has now ballooned into a sponsored desert bash with performances from every A-list star imaginable.
With Twitter unofficially rebranding Coachella "Beychella," the weekend undeniably belonged to women.
